With ROC, Air France is the only European airline to offer you a reservation modification and information service in the event of changes to your flight.
We will do everything we can to :
* Notify you of this, by contacting you as soon as possible,
* Offer you an alternative where one exists : a new flight, a new departure time, etc.
In this way, ROC makes dealing with travel easier and allows you to reorganize yourschedule and your trip.
Give us your contact
To be notified personally in the event of a change affecting your flight, make sure that the ROC has a reliable means of reaching you by giving us the maximum amount of contact information, telephone, mobile, e-mail or fax, at every stage of your trip (office contact details, hotel details, etc.) :
* Are you making your booking online ? Remember to click the Add other contact information button so you can tell us how to contact you as quickly as possible while you are travelling !
* Are you a Flying Blue member ? Take a few moments right now to update your contact details in the "Your personal information" section !
Which flights are covered ?
ROC is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when you travel :
* On an Air France flight
* On a chartered Regional flight,
* On a flight operated by KLM an other SkyTeam alliance member companies with an 'AF' flight number.
And between :
* 3 days and 4 hours before your departure, if you are travelling on a long-haul flight,
* 3 days ans 3 hours before your departure, if you are travelling on a medium - or short-haul flight.
