Revenue Management Analyst

Revenue Management Pricing involves maximising Company revenue for every flight through careful use of fares and reservation classes. The role of the Pricer is to define different airfares before a flight is put on the market to attract the largest possible range of customers.
The Revenue Management analyst is responsible for a portfolio of flight routes that are monitored flight by flight. Sophisticated decision making tools are used to attribute the optimal number of seats to each reservation class according to the number of expected passengers.
It is their role to identify specific events that may affect demand (trade shows, sporting events, etc.). The Revenue Management Analyst analyses the traffic statistics for each reservation class and remains monitors the competition, both surface and air.

 

Programme Analyst

The Scheduling Analyst is in charge of developing, expanding and monitoring the company's schedule for the season to come. This schedule runs parallel with the IATA season (summer : April to October, winter : November to March) and represents the basis of the company's product.
The Scheduling Analyst's primary task is to define new routes and make changes to existing routes as needed. This is carried out together with the Operational Programme and Revenue Management. He/she is expected to write economic reports, perform market research and study traffic patterns in order to evaluate the optimal combinations for the next schedule. The Scheduling Analyst develops different scenarios based on company parameters (the fleet, maintenance, flight crew rosters). All this leads to decisions in terms of new of routes, flight frequency and changes in capacity.
