Maintenance staff

A large number of positions come under the category of Maintenance Staff. Four major departments are involved in achieving optimum functioning of the fleet, with more than 480 agents :
- Technical Management Department, which includes Technical follow-up and Engineering sectors,
- The production department, which includes the mechanics, the electricity workshop, and the line maintenance,
- Logistics Management Department that includes supplies, managing inventories, etc.

 

Technical Management Department

The Technical Management Department ensures that all aircraft in the fleet remain airworthy.

 

Production Management Department

With more than 400 agents, this division includes teams in Clermont-Ferrand and Lille, as well as the staff responsible for line maintenance, carried out during overnight stopovers. As a general rule, two types of maintenance are carried out: corrective maintenance and scheduled maintenance.

 

Logistics Management Department

The Logistics Management Department supplies all the necessary spare aircraft parts to the Production and line maintenance departments. Three main services are involved :

• Managing the purchase of spare parts and equipment repair orders,
• The equipment warehouse which manages the spare parts inventory,
• Transport service, responsible for the transportation of spare parts to maintenance and line maintenance sites.
