Airport staff represent the first point of contact between Regional and its customers. They take care of the passenger from the time of check-in until boarding and are also present at flight arrivals. Airport staff are responsible for meeting the requirements of the customer, for example specific seating requests onboard the aircraft.
In the Passage department, staff are on hand to serve passengers at departure, arrival and at transit airports.?In the traffic department, staff coordinate the activities everyone working on the departure of the aircraft in order to ensure on time departures. They prepare the necessary flight documents, enforce security rules and maintain high quality of service.
Requirements :
- Be educated up to the level of the Baccalaureate.
- Have a command of English.
- Proficiency in Gaëtan is a bonus.
