CTA
On 31 October 2008, Regional received its new Air Operator's Certificate from the French Civil Aviation regulator. The previous certificate, issued for 3 years in October 2005, was renewed for a period of 3 years (maximum renewal), through 31 October 2011.

Part M
The airline's Maintenance division also received PART M approval, for the continued airworthiness of our aircraft.

Part 145 and Part 147
Regional has PART 145 and PART 147 approvals required for the airline to operate: PART 145 authorizes us to perform maintenance on our aircraft and PART 147 authorizes us to train our maintenance personnel ourselves.

TRTO
Regional also has TRTO approval (Type Rating Training Organization), allowing us to issue type ratings to flight crew members. This approval was renewed on 21 August 2008 through 30 June 2011.

• Regional obtained IOSA certification (IATA Operational Safety Audit) in June 2008 after voluntarily complying with the system a year earlier. This certification guarantees the operational management and control systems of an airline. The IOSA program is an internationally recognized and accepted evaluation system for air safety.
