EMBRAER 145

The first member of the ERJ family

The Embraer 145 was followed by the Embraer 135 (37 seats), Embraer 140 (44 seats) and Legacy (business jet). The fast and powerful 50-seat Embraer 145, along with is competitor the Bombardier CRJ, revolutionized regional air travel in the late 1990's. It became possible to add more flights, serve new routes and replace larger aircraft on mid-demand markets.
